Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Assist with budget development, variance analysis, and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and compliance audits
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Support tax preparation activities and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
