Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP systems
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Support audit procedures and maintain organized financial records
- Provide financial insights to clients during monthly business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ADP payroll processing
- Strong understanding of Ohio tax regulations
- Certification in QuickBooks Online required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting weekly deadlines
