Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks and Excel financial models
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Fort Worth-based or willing to relocate
