Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
- Support the external audit process by providing requested documentation.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a plus, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
