Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Perform internal audits and maintain detailed financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or eligible for CPA licensure is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
