Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring vendor and customer records are up to date.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with external and internal audits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
