Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure all entries are supported by proper documentation.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and budget support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
