Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide variance analysis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
