Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations with precision.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and corporate audits.
- Streamline internal financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
