Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
