Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning advice to high-net-worth clients
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries
- Lead tax compliance projects and ensure adherence to IRS regulations
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to firm-wide process improvements
- Collaborate with audit and advisory teams on integrated client solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Expertise in US tax code, IRS regulations, and state tax compliance
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem, CCH, or Lacerte)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Active CPA license required
