Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in Lacerte, ProSystem fx, or comparable tax software
- Deep knowledge of IRS regulations and Nevada tax codes
- Exceptional analytical and client communication skills
