Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and annual audits.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CPA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
