Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Strategy: Oversee the technical health of our web properties, including site architecture, crawl budgets, and schema markup implementation.
- Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify high-value keywords and analyze competitor strategies to uncover market gaps.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to ensure all assets are optimized for search intent, readability, and engagement metrics.
- Link Building Campaigns: Design and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Search Console and Analytics 4, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and collaborate closely with UX/UI, Product, and Dev teams to integrate SEO best practices into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and server-side rendering technologies.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical SEO data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
