Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic innovation frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop market disruption roadmaps targeting $1B+ revenue opportunities by 2028
- Present strategic foresight to board members and investors with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for R&D acceleration
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure transformation impact
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit showcasing emerging technologies and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or Innovation Management
