Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with tax teams to ensure accurate filings and tax strategy implementation
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain client relationships through clear financial communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing
