- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Proven ability to manage multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
