Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger accounts and month-end closing processes
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting for Cleveland-based clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
- Collaborate with auditors during annual compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven remote work capabilities with strong communication skills
- Ohio CPA license (or actively pursuing)
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
