Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts
- Optimize payment processing using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with sales tax regulations and payment processing workflows
