- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and corporate records
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation activities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Experience with multi-state tax filings and SaaS platforms
