Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead audits and tax preparation processes while maintaining meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Drive process improvements using accounting software and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities

- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate financial concepts
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations a plus
