Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for diverse industry clients
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure tax compliance and support audit preparation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
