Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee tax compliance and quarterly tax filings for multiple entities
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and cash flow analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict adherence to GAAP
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain internal controls documentation and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
