Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors for seamless reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Streamline accounting workflows using automation technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in managing multi-state compliance requirements
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
