Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports for leadership
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting processes
- Implement process improvements for financial operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven experience with GAAP compliance and tax preparation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle beneficial)
