Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead tax preparation and compliance processes for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Maintain financial databases with advanced Excel/QuickBooks proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven experience with multi-entity financial management
