You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making for high-growth startups and established enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives for corporate clients
- Implement and optimize accounting systems and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle accounting for multiple entities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client-facing interactions
- Experience with financial audits and regulatory reporting
