Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and corporate ledgers
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audits and respond to inquiries from stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work preference
- Expertise in GAAP compliance, tax preparation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
