- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and expense management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and tax regulations across multiple entities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP financial systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
- Proven track record in month-end close and financial reporting
