Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable business insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and QuickBooks platforms
- Lead audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial reporting
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
