In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity of our financial records and support the month-end close process with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and track outstanding payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records using provided accounting software.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and assist with fixed asset tracking.
- Support the finance department with data analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
