Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) with GAAP compliance
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple systems
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead audits and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP, tax codes, and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written communication for client reporting and documentation
