Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 98% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for review
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support tax document preparation for CPA review
- Implement new bookkeeping software solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years bookkeeping experience or internship
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
