Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, payroll, and general ledger
- Develop and implement internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Proven experience in remote work environments
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) required
