Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation for external filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
