Responsibilities
- Process complex multi-state payroll for 500+ employees including bonuses, commissions, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (CA, OR, WA)
- Manage year-end processes including W-2/1099 generation and 401(k) reconciliations
- Implement and maintain payroll system upgrades (ADP Workforce Now experience preferred)
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related audits and reporting
- Develop process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance expertise
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex calculations
- Experience with high-volume payroll processing (500+ employees)
- Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive employee data
