Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Lead implementation of new payroll policies and system upgrades
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Stay current on FLSA, DOL, and Texas labor law changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Excel
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven track record in payroll compliance and audit readiness
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Experience with automated timekeeping systems and HRIS integration
