What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payrolls for a diverse workforce.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including FLSA and W-2/W-4 filings.
- Process and manage employee timekeeping, leaves of absence, and garnishments accurately.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records and reports to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and health insurance enrollment.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP Workforce Now, Paychex, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements (DE9, 941, W2).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
