Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare year-end reports
- Implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping and HRIS data integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, CO labor laws, and IRS guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
