Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including HI-ETC filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 reporting
- Implement payroll system enhancements and process improvements
- Act as primary liaison for payroll inquiries from HR and department heads
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM systems
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of HI wage laws and federal FLSA requirements
- Proven experience with year-end reconciliation and audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
