Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Oversee year-end reconciliations and W-2/1099 distribution
- Implement payroll system enhancements and process improvements
- Conduct internal audits and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on benefits administration
- Stay current on FLSA, DOL, and state labor law changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and Maryland payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Proven track record in payroll compliance and audit resolution
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
