- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional tax consultation services
- Utilize tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient document processing
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve tax discrepancies and optimize client outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records and confidential tax documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA or EA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for client interactions
- Active CPA license or pursuing certification
