Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and local tax regulations
- Lead month-end/year-end payroll closes and reconciliation processes
- Develop and implement payroll policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll-related audits and reporting
- Train payroll staff on system updates and compliance changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and Arizona state payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
