Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support HR initiatives through payroll data analysis and reporting
- Maintain confidential employee records with HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Collaborate with finance team on month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, CO labor laws)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
