Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for FL, GA, SC
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile GL accounts monthly
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and time-off requests
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of FLSA, FL state labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Multi-state payroll processing expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
