- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across 15+ states
- Conduct quarterly and year-end reconciliations with audit-ready precision
- Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR and finance on compensation strategy
- Train junior payroll staff on compliance requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries within SLA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in multi-state payroll processing
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and Excel VLOOKUP functions
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state wage laws
- Proven experience with 401(k) and HSA administration
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Advanced problem-solving skills for complex payroll scenarios
