Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099) and compliance audits
- Oversee garnishment deductions and benefit deductions with 99.8% accuracy
- Lead system implementations and process improvements for payroll operations
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff on compliance protocols
- Collaborate with HR on compensation structures and benefits administration
- Generate payroll analytics and executive reports for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency
- Expertise in FLSA, DOL, and IRS compliance regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR required
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Experience with payroll audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
