Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Texas labor regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal/state/local)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements using Excel/Power BI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Deep expertise in Texas payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable proficiency
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Proven audit compliance track record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
