Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across 12 states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Oversee time & attendance system integration
- Prepare year-end reports and W-2s
- Train payroll staff on system updates
- Implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state wage & hour laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- PHR or CPP certification a plus
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail
