Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for AZ-based employees
- Prepare and submit quarterly payroll tax filings to federal/state authorities
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll-related benefits
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Deep knowledge of AZ state wage/hour laws and IRS regulations
- Expertise in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
